Las Vegas Billboards With Hanging Dummies Prompt Investigation

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, police in Las Vegas are investigating three instances in which dummies have been found hanging from billboards in the city this week. Police said they are investigating the hanging dummies as acts of vandalism, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal report.
