BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Many students are heading back to class Tuesday, while others prepare to head back later this week.
The Kenmore-Tonawanda District resumes classes Tuesday, with more than 8,000 students heading back to school.
With the school year resuming, that means commuters will need to be on the look-out for school buses. Drivers should plan for their commutes to take a little longer.
Superintendent Dr. James Williams addressed students and parents Tuesday morning to kick-off the school year for Buffalo City Schools. Students return to classes in the City of Buffalo Wednesday.
