KENMORE, NY (WKBW) - The hot and dry conditions causing problems in a familiar spot. Multiple fire crews were called to a large brush fire near the Dunlop tire plant in Kenmore this afternoon.
You could see the smoke rising from the Niagara section of the thruway.
This blaze appears to be in the same place as a brush fire sparked by a lawn mower two weeks ago, back on August 21st.
The fire took hours to extinguished.
The investigation continues into what sparked the blaze but many believe it was rekindled by the dry weather and hot conditions.
