What are the five coldest cities in the U.S.?

A report by Weather.com, which used 30 years worth of data from the NOAA's National Climatic Data Center, ranks the top five. 

#5: Caribou, Maine (average annual temperature of 39.7 degrees)

#4: Jackson, Wyoming (average annual temperature of 39.4 degrees)

#3: Gunnison, Colorado (average annual temperature of 38.1 degrees)

#2: International Falls, Minnesota (average annual temperature of 37.8 degrees)

#1: Barrow, Alaska (average annual temperature of 11.7 degrees)
