Town of Boston Takes New Name for Sabres Series

BOSTON, NY (WKBW) -- While the Sabres match odds with the Boston Bruins, the area town of Boston, NY is taking steps to ensure the Bruins are clear that despite their name, they are definitely in Sabres country.

The Town of Boston is taking on the name 'Sabres Country' for now, as the Buffalo Sabres play-out their series against the Boston Bruins.

Even Boston Valley Elementary School has changed its name for the playoff run. It is now known as 'Sabre' Valley Elementary School.
