A Williamsville man who was recently convicted of driving while intoxicated apparently hasn't learned his lesson. State troopers say they spotted 52-year-old Dean Decker driving erratically on Main Street in Clarence this weekend. Troopers pulled him over and tell Eyewitness News Decker's blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit. Decker was just convicted of D.W.I. earlier this month.
