At first glance there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with North Tonawanda's Veteran's Park on River Road. The two recently built monuments stand strong honoring those who served our country. But if you take a closer look, garbage, and tons of tree limbs have washed into the park's two water inlets-- tarnishing the park's image.
