Park Problems are Annual Problems

At first glance there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with North Tonawanda's Veteran's Park on River Road. The two recently built monuments stand strong honoring those who served our country. But if you take a closer look, garbage, and tons of tree limbs have washed into the park's two water inlets-- tarnishing the park's image. It's a problem many parks around Western New York deal with, especially in the spring as ice and trash flow down the Niagara River. Click on the link to watch our story.
