BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- The annual road construction season is getting underway, with a number of major projects that are sure to cause headaches for area drivers.
Two major projects get underway this week, including the I-190 and I-290 interchange ramp, and a bridge rebuilding project at the I-190/LaSalle Expressway intersection.
Crews will be replacing the 190 to 290 interchange ramp, reducing traffic to one lane in that area, with construction expected to continue through November, and then again next spring.
