If Buffalo has learned anything from hosting NCAA basketball in the past, it's one thing: keep the fans happy.
"Whenever you do an event like this, it's Buffalo's chance to be in the national spotlight," said Jay Josker of the Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau.
150 volunteers gathered at Pettibones Grille Monday night for an orientation session, hosting by former Buffalo Mayor Anthony Masiello.
"We want to make sure we have voluNteers who are putting Buffalo's best foot forward," said Josker.
Volunteers will be stationed throughout the city and at MetroRail stations.
