Sheriff's deputies discover what they describe as a house of "squalor" in the Cattaraugus county town of East Otto, and four children living there with their mother. Deputies report finding dog feces at the front door of the Meyers Road home and inside the home they report finding a non-working toilet filled with feces. Kimberly Bertino, 27, is charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
