Local Hispanic Leaders Urge Census Participation

Local Hispanic leaders are urging all Western New Yorkers to fill out their census forms. In the past, Hispanics have been under-counted. Some say they don't fill out the forms because they worry the information could be used against them. Local leaders are trying to get people to understand that a lack of participation could result in less funding for many important programs.
