A railroad overpass above Young Street in the City of Tonawanda is raising more concern after residents say an 11 pound piece of steel crumbled onto the sidewalk below. Last December, Eyewitness News showed you exclusive video of tractor trailers slamming into the bridge and getting stuck. City officials are concerned the impact over the years has caused serious structural damage. They are now stepping in demanding the Railroad Company that owns the bridge make some major changes.
