BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- United Airlines Flight 769 was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Buffalo Friday morning.

The flight from Rochester to Chicago with 127 people on board was forced to land in Buffalo after a small fire broke out in the bathroom of the plane, filling the cabin with smoke.

A spokesman from the NFTA says that a water pump started on fire, which was put out by a flight attendant.

No one was injured in the incident, and United Airlines is sending a plane from New York to Buffalo to get the passengers to Chicago.
