Code Blue Activated--Warming Shelter To Open

With temperatures expected to drop into the single digits, a "Code Blue" has been activated in Buffalo tonight.

The Belle Center on Maryland Street will be open as a warming center from 8pm-8am. The shelter will be staffed by outreach workers and volunteers, who will provide a hot meal and offer a cot to the homeless looking to come in out of the cold.
