A security guard was forced to fire shots at a car after its driver crashed into a parking ramp on Franklin street near Chippewa in Buffalo early Sunday morning.
29-year-old Geraldo Perez of Buffalo apparently ignored the guards' request to stop after hitting the building at around 3:15am. That guard then shot out his tires. Perez was later arrested, and now faces reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and several other charges.
