BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- Here are some of the top stories from Good Morning Western New York.

The snow and wind that caused many travel headaches Monday has turned to bitter cold. A lake effect snow band closed the Skyway for about 8 hours Monday, and now the bitter temperatures have led to the opening of a number of warming centers to provide a place for the needy to keep out of the cold.

The City of Buffalo along with the Erie County Health Department are holding a number of free H1N1 vaccination clinics this week. To see when and where the clinics will be held, click here.
