Dalton and Wyatt Eisenhardt, ages 10 and 8, along with their family will soon have a new home. The boys suffer from a rare chromosome condition and the family simply needs more space for medical supplies and equipment. Now, countless volunteers have been working diligently to build the Eisenhardt family a dream home.
