A local teenager is under arrest and accused of putting two college women through a frightening kidnapping and carjacking ordeal this past weekend.

Errol Fowler-Graham, 17, of Buffalo is facing charges of kidnapping, robbery, and unauthorized use of a vehicle for the incident that started Saturday night on Crescent Avenue in north Buffalo. That's where one of the women was forced into her car by two armed men. Her kidnappers drove to the woman's Kenmore apartment where they woke up her roommate and kidnapped her too. Police say the kidnappers held the women at knifepoint and used the victims' ATM cards to withdraw cash before dropping the women back on Crescent Avenue. Police found the victim's stolen car on Monday near the Broadway Market in Buffalo. Then, police caught another break that helped them track down Fowler-Graham.

"At some point yesterday afternoon Buffalo police received a tip of the individuals whereabouts and he was picked up later in the day by south district police at a residence in south Buffalo," says Michael DeGeorge, a Buffalo police spokesperson.

The victims were not seriously hurt. Fowler-Graham is being held on $75,000 bail. Prosecutors said at his arraignment Tuesday afternoon that Fowler-Graham has been in trouble with the law before and has made incriminating statements in this case.

Police are still searching for the second suspect and say more charges could be pending against Fowler-Graham.
