Plans for New Plates May be Scrapped

Albany, NY (WKBW) -- Lawmakers in Albany may be putting the brakes on plans for new state license plates.

Governor Paterson has given the legislature the okay to get rid of the plans for the new plates, as long as they can find a way to come-up with money that the plates would have brought in.
