A tragic story from Washington state.
According to a report from KOMO News, a 7-year-old Washington girl died Tuesday after accidentally strangling herself with a jump rope while playing on a playground. The girls' brother told authorities that the girl was playing with the jump rope around her neck, according to the KOMO News report.
