A suspect is now under arrest for the deadly stabbing of a teenager outside a house party last weekend, and police are crediting a city surveillance camera for helping them crack this case. Todd Heatley, 28, of Buffalo is charged with second degree murder. Jacob Herbert, 19, of Clarence was stabbed multiple times in the early morning hours last Saturday outside a party on Lisbon Avenue in Buffalo's University Heights neighborhood. Police say the surveillance camera that helped them is located at Lisbon and Cordova, but police are not revealing exactly what the video shows.
