Cheektowaga, NY (WKBW) -- SPCA Officers raided a home on Royal Palm Drive in Cheektowaga, finding animals and children living in deplorable conditions.
The owner of the property, Linda Roehre, has been charged with Animal Cruelty and Child Endagerment.
Officials tell us that three children along with 19 cats, a dog and some fish were all taken from the home.
