Buffalo, NY (WKBW) -- Western New York Representative Chris Lee was in Afghanistan this past weekend on a bi-partisan congressional trip.

Lee and others were there to get a first-hand look at the situation in the war-torn country and to speak one-on-one with commanders and troops on the ground.

President Obama has yet to make a decision on whether or not to provide commanders with the additional troops requested in October.
