Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo is open once again as of Saturday afternoon. It had been shut down just north of Niagara Square since Wednesday evening when some 200 pounds of concrete came crashing down off of the Statler Towers. Fortunately no one was hurt. The group buying the historic Statler promises to get the building repaired.
