Coming to a store near you: More expensive bottled water. It's not the store's fault. Blame New York State. The state's "bottle bill" goes into effect Sunday, November 8th. Bottled water will have a 5 cent deposit added. Some people are thrilled with the new law while others say it's a rip off. Click on the link to watch our story.
