A camping trip turns deadly for a teenager in Warren County, Pennsylvania. State police tell Eyewitness News 18-year-old David Sarber and his friend were packing up their camp at the Kinzua reservoir on Saturday morning when their canoe drifted away. Police say Sarber jumped in to retrieve the canoe and he was overcome by the cold water. His friend went for help but it was too late. Sarber's body was pulled out of the water later in the morning. Police are ruling the death an accident.
