Car Accident Claims Life of Lawtons Woman

The Erie County Sheriff’s department is investigating a fatal single car accident in the Town of North Collins. Linda Watroba, 52 of Lawtons, was traveling northbound on Jennings Road around eight o’clock Sunday morning, when the vehicle left the roadway. She was not wearing her seat belt and was ejected.

Walk for the Food Bank

The Second Annual Food Bank "Walk off Hunger" event was held this morning in memory of Continental Flight 3407 victim Susan Wehle. Eyewitness News Reporter Jenny Rizzo and Photojournalist Adam Francis were there and they will bring you their report tonight on Eyewitness News at 6 and 11.
