Sex Abuse Case Involves 12-Year-Old Girl

A Town of Marilla man is under arrest and accused of forcing a 12-year-old girl to perform sex acts. Erie County Sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Timothy Blizniak sent sexually explicit pictures to the girl on her cell phone and forced her to perform a sex act on him in a field near his home. Blizniak is now facing several charges including predatory sexual assault on a child.
