Here’s an update on a story you saw first on 7. Eyewitness News has learned that 33-year-old Alexis Harper has died from his injuries after being gunned down in the 300 block of Leroy Avenue.

Another victim, 16-year-old Tenaya Richardson was shot in the leg. She was treated and released from the Erie County Medical Center.

Buffalo Homicide Detectives arrested 19-year-old Anthony Dean of Buffalo. He was originally charged with attempted murder, but police are looking at upgrading those charges.
