Dead Dog Dumped at SPCA
A dead dog was dumped outside the SPCA on Lockport Road in Niagara county and police want to know who's responsible. The dog was wrapped in a tablecloth and investigators say whoever dumped the dog also likely damaged a marble bench when they drove onto the property. The dog is described as a female golden-tan or red chow-labrador mix between 4 and 7 years old. Anyone with information should call the Niagara County SPCA.
