Buffalo Homicide Detectives are investigating the discovery of a deceased body found Saturday Morning. The body was found hanging from a side window at a Weber Avenue residence on the city’s East Side. 7 News talked to the Buffalo Police and will bring you all the late breaking details tonight at “7 News at Six.”
