Slow moving thunderstorms are dumping heavy rain and causing areas to have minor flooding. A few spots across Buffalo's east side have several streets with minor flooding, mainly in lower levels of the roads including an underpass on Fillmore avenue. Some streets are filling up with water because of clogged drains.

It's recommended you don't drive through a flooded road since it's hard to know the depth of the water or the condition of the road under the water.
