There's been some cow-created chaos going on in Niagara County since Wednesday.
Three cows being transported to Utah escaped from a USDA Inspection Facility near Route 31 and the I-190.
Efforts to tranquilize the cows were unsuccessful, forcing officers to shoot one, fearing it would run onto the interstate.
Two of the cows were still on the loose, as of Thursday afternoon.
