Gas Prices Up, Again

Gas prices across Western New York are up two cents since Friday. The average price of a gallon of regular gas is now $3.91 in the Buffalo area. With the average price of a gallon approaching $4 Congress is now planning more hearings next week on the issue. They're summoning top oil company executives to answer some tough questions.
