190 Standoff Suspect Arraigned

New York State Police tell us that James H. Gilchriese, the suspect from Mondays standoff on the I-190 was arraigned Saturday morning by Buffalo City Court Judge Betty Calvo-Torres at the Erie County Medical Center.

Bail was set at $100,000. on the following charges: Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Menacing of a Police Officer, Unlawful Imprisonment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree.

The defendant is being transferred from the Erie County Medical Center to the Erie County Holding Center.
