32-year-old Veronica Sanchez, has plead guilty to raping a 14-year-old boy. She plead guilty to one count of second degree rape and two counts of criminal sexual act. The victim fathered Sanchez's fifth child, who was born three months ago.
Sanchez's sentencing is scheduled for August 5th and she could face anything from probation to 21 years in prison. She remains free pending her August 5th sentencing.

Sources say prosecutors began an investigation after interviewing the boy when one of his parents took him to a Child Advocacy Center. A friend to Sanchez tells a different story, and says the boy told her he was 18.

"He lied about his age," said Christieann Rodriguez, a friend to Sanchez. "When she met him, he told her she was 18, were all witnesses to that. I guess when she found out she was pregnant he would come here and say, I'm going to get you my real age is this."

Rodriguez says Sanchez has now been evicted from her apartment and believes the boy tricked Sanchez.

"She got an eviction letter to move and I feel its unfair that neither the court or the District Attorney have wanted to hear that he lied," added Rodriguez.

Sanchez still has custody of the victim's child.
