A Mark Harhigh Memorial Account has now been set up at Citizens Bank for mourners wanting make donations to help cover funeral expenses. 24-year-old Mark Harhigh of Lancaster and his 21-year-old girlfriend Melanie Page died after a car crash Thursday night on Transit Road in Lancaster. Donations are being accepted at all local Citizens Bank branch
