A class-action lawsuit against Subway claims the restaurant chain's sandwiches don't measure up.
Suits filed in Chicago and New Jersey claim the foot-long subs are actually 11 inches; and are asking for a refund for the portion of the sandwich they did not receive.
The suit claims the 6-inch sub is also shorter, too.
Subway declined comment specific to the lawsuit, but says the company has "redoubled efforts to ensure consistency and correct length in every sandwich."
