According to Maine television station WABI, a 10-year-old Maine girl has been charged with manslaughter in the death of an three-month-old boy in June.
According to the WABI report, the girl is the youngest person in the state to be charged with manslaughter in at least 25 years. She is in the custody of the Maine Department of Heath and Human Services, according to the report.
