Elma United Methodist Church Senior Youth Group is holding a fundraiser outside Walmart in Lancaster.

For 24 hours the senior youth will be walking on a life-size 8 feet hamster wheel.
They are using the wheel as a creative way to raise money. Next summer, they'll head to the Adirondacks to help impoverished families.

Last year they helped a man who was displaced and a woman who husband died.
The students did everything from construction to electric work.

“These are the life experiences they(senior youth) are going to learn. It’s about loving others,” Deb Coastsworth, Elma United Methodist Church said.

The fundraiser is at Walmart, 4975 Transit Road in Lancaster. The event ends on Saturday, November 11th at noon.
