Labor Day Weekend activities in WNY

Looking for something fun to do with the family this Labor Day Weekend? Here are some things to check out in Western New York.

September 3, 4, 5: Come to the Clarence Center Annual Labor Day Fair and Parade and enjoy midway rides on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be a free Demolition Derby on Saturday and Sunday at 5 p.m. The parade is Monday at 1 p.m. Events happen near the Clarence Center Fire Hall, 9415 Clarence Center Road.

September 4: The Original Food Trucks N' Fire Trucks at the East Aurora Fire Department will have a Fire Engine and Ladder Truck kids can climb and food trucks! The Candy Cannon willgo off at 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

September 5: Labor Day at the Buffalo Zoo! The zoo will have activities, animal feedings and more! Admission is only $2 with coupons available at Tops.

September 5: Enjoy the new Youngstown Labor Day Parade at noon! Bigger, better and more fun than the great parade last year!

September 5: Enjoy music and free children's activities from 3:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Porter on the Lake Summerfest. Food, beer, wine and craft vendors will be there and fireworks are at dusk! Admissions for adults is $5, children under 12 are free. Please be advised that no coolers or carry-ins will be allowed. Event is at Porter on the lake Park on Dietz Road in Youngstown.
