The woman accused of killing a Western New York mother on her lunch break has been deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial.
WHAM13 in Rochester reports 31-year-old Holly Colino was in court Tuesday when a judge made the ruling.
Colino has been ordered to work with doctors for the next year. Those doctors will then report back to the judge in August, 2018.
Colino, from Arizona, is charged with the murder of 33-year-old Megan Dix from Lyndonville.
Dix was shot to death while on her lunch break at the Lowes in Brockport on August 25.
