An Irving woman is facing charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies say they caught her driving drunk in the Town of Hanover.
Deputies stopped 51-year-old Denise Bennett on Routes 5 and 20 at about 1:45 a.m., for a traffic violation.
During the traffic stop, Deputies say they found that Bennett was intoxicated. She has been processed and released with traffic citations. Bennett is due back in the Town of Hanover court at a later date.
