ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW-TV) - Its almost guaranteed to happen- the Buffalo Bills will get a new stadium. That new state-of-the-art facility could end up costing taxpayers a lot of cash.

The newly renovated Ralph Wilson Stadium cost 130-million-dollars to taxpayers. It's expected a new stadium would do the same thing.

While some don't like the idea, it has worked in other NFL markets, like Dallas.

The Cowboys built a new stadium in 2009,and taxpayers in the Arlington area ended up paying $325 million. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones paid for the rest. Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck says the investment was well worth it.
