A judge has now ruled the woman accused of shooting and killing a Lyndonville mother in August will now go to trial.
Holly Colino faced a judge Tuesday, in which she was ruled competent enough to stand trial. This counters an October finding that she was incompetent.
She faces murder charges for shooting 31-year-old Megan Dix in the head while Dix was sitting in her car on a lunch break in Brockport.
Colino is due back in court in June.
