A Buffalo man now admits he was involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured another driver.

Reginald Alls, 31, pleaded guilty in Erie County Court Friday to leaving the scene of an incident resulting in serious physical injury.

Alls ran a stop sign on March 5th and hit another car with three people inside. The driver suffered spinal fractures, broken ribs, legs and a broken sternum.

Alls then crashed into a concrete wall before he and his passenger took off on foot. Inside the vehicle that Alls left behind was his cell phone and his New York State learner's permit.

Police also found empty liquor bottle.

Alls faces up to four years in prison when he is sentenced in December.
