(WKBW/CNN) Have painful arthritis? A new study shows that taking part in tai chi, a form of Chinese martial arts may help.

Tai chi incorporates slow movement and balance into the routine.

In the study, those who initially took the tai chi course had less pain, fatigue and stiffness, and felt better overall than those who had delayed their tai chi classes.
