(WKBW/ABC) We all know moving around and staying active keeps you healthy, but now a new study says it may also cut your risk of getting breast cancer.

Researchers say that biking to work or walking a lot throughout the day, can really help make a difference. They also found that women who reported heavy lifting as a part of their regular routine had a 38 percent lower risk of breast cancer.

Researchers say being inactive could lead to diabetes, weight gain, and estrogen changes, and all of those factors are involved in the development of breast cancer.
