(WKBW/Cleveland Clinic) The "sex talk". It's not the easiest conversation to have with your child, but a new study says don't be afraid to ask for help.
Researchers found that parents who sought some advice on how to improve communication with adolescents about sex, did a better job talking to their kids about sex.
Doctors say whenever you discuss sex with your children consider their age and be prepared to do more listening than talking, but no matter how you approach it, they say the important thing is, you have "the talk."
