How To Treat A Sunburn

(WKBW/CNN) This summer has been quite a scorcher, and it may have left you with a sunburn. Doctors say to protect yourself from the pain, take an aspirin or ibuprofen - right away.

Also, cool yourself down with a little ice and milk. Fill a sink with water and ice cubes, add a little whole milk or skim milk to make it smooth, put a washcloth or towel in there and then lay it on your sunburn.

See your doctor if your sunburn is severe, and you develop a headache, chills, or fever.
